Can ToolJi identify fonts used on any website?
Yes. You can enter any public HTTP/HTTPS website URL to detect its active typography, font weights, and rendered text element occurrences.
Can I preview my own text using the detected font?
Yes! Every detected font features a live sandbox where you can type your own custom text, adjust font size, weight, line height, and toggle light/dark themes.
Can I compare multiple fonts?
Yes. Click '+ Compare' on up to 4 detected fonts to view side-by-side text cards and compare typography in real-time.
How can I use a detected Google Font?

Can I download a custom font?
If a self-hosted custom font file (.woff2 / .woff / .ttf) is publicly accessible on the target website, ToolJi provides a direct download link.
Why can't some fonts be downloaded?
System fonts (like Arial or Georgia) are pre-installed on operating systems and do not require download files. Additionally, private or protected web fonts may restrict direct downloading.
Does ToolJi tell me if a font is free to use?
Google Fonts are licensed under open-source licenses (OFL). For custom web fonts, please check the author's official license before commercial redistribution.
